We collect and deliver parcels across South Africa. Generally, we use our own vehicles and drivers, which means the standard of safety we offer is much higher than that offered by other courier companies. Collection, carriage, delivery
We carry limited size parcels specifically between the South Africa region.
Our courier will always give you a consignment note that will contain all the necessary address and contact details. As the sender, you are required to check that the document is correct. If you discover any errors, call or email us to let us know.
Such parcels are dispatched once a week and collected from customers between Monday and Friday, between 8 AM and 5PM on Saturday between 8 AM and 1 PM.
Parcels are collected by our own drivers or our subcontractors. And collections are handled directly by us.
Specific time or time period can be arranged for collection.
Paxi undertakes to deliver your parcel not later than within 9 business days from the date of shipping.

If a shipment declared as a standard parcel is heavier than 10 kg or larger than 51 cm in circumference, it will automatically be classified as a non-standard parcel, and the cost of delivery will be calculated as for oversized parcels.
Shipping rules
Each parcel should be packed properly and protected for its journey. The courier may refuse to accept your parcel for delivery if the parcel is not packed or protected as required. The courier’s decision to accept a parcel for delivery should not be deemed as his confirmation that the parcel is protected as required.
Any electronic equipment may be shipped only in its original packaging. Otherwise, such equipment can be shipped at the customer’s risk only.
No glass, porcelain or china items are covered by insurance.
Paxi will not accept any parcel containing items prohibited by law, including any illicit substances or excise goods.
